In local Combier dialect, Le Gogant is an isolated silver fir tree of exceptional size. With age it reaches a wingspan never known by other trees in the forest, becoming a shelter to people and wildlife. The restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the Risoud forest and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. Fish from local fishers, meat from La Vallée de Joux farms, local fruits and vegetables... The two Chefs pick their products directly from the surrounding nature. Generous dishes and good times all-day, all week “under Le Gogant”.
